Terms and conditions apply:
- The minimum age for drivers is 21 years.
- Every driver must have a valid and up to date Full Class D Malaysian Driving License.
- Drivers Are Absolutely Prohibited From Doing Any Criminal Activities or Violating Malaysian Government Laws. Police report will be made if defaulted.
- Any Damage or Defect found on any internal or external parts of the rented vehicle during the rental period will be charged RM50.00 (minimum) – RM2,500.00 (maximum) to the renter. The Company will not hesitate to take legal action against defaulting tenants and a Police report will be made.
- The renter is not allowed at all to change or take any spare parts of the rented car. A police report will be made if you default.
- Any Summons or Charges from Authorities are the Driver’s Responsibility throughout the rental period.
- The Company Does Not Provide Hourly and Half Day Rental Periods.
- Minimum rental period is One (1) Day for use within the Klang Valley.
- Minimum rental period is Two (2) Days for use outside the Klang Valley.
- Office Hours 9.00am – 10.00pm. Any business involving car pick-up and car delivery is only done during office hours.
- Any car reservation must be accompanied by a RM100.00 deposit.
- The company will only make a car ‘Reservation’ after receiving the Deposit.
- Any Cancellation of Booking will cause your Deposit to be forfeited.
- Every Deposit received from the customer will be Returned within Four (4) days starting from the date of return of the car.
- No changes to the rental period can be made during the rental period. Customers can choose a new rental period after the current rental expires.
- Car delivery is free around Shah Alam Section 7 only.
- Delivery charges will be imposed other than Shah Alam Section 7 according to the distance from the management office. This delivery is only available for rentals of Four (4) days or more.
- Other terms and conditions deemed necessary by the company without any notice.
